Serve this sweet and savory snack with your favorite kind of cracker, or pair with apples slices and grapes for a healthier option. Present the Brie pastry on a cake pedestal for an added “wow” factor.

1 sheet puff pastry
1 8-ounce wheel of Brie cheese
1/3 cup marmalade flavor of choice
1 egg, beaten + 1 splash of water
2 Tablespoons raw sugar or light brown sugar
Heat oven to 400°F.
Allow puff pastry to thaw.
Remove as much brine as you can from the Brie (a little left on is fine).
Place the puff pastry on large cutting board. Roll to spread and thin out slightly. Place pastry on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place Brie in center of puff pastry. Pull one corner up and continue pulling pastry up in clockwise direction until entire wheel of Brie is enclosed into a “package”. Seal any open/torn pastry areas. Trim top so just enough pastry is covering the Brie.
Brush egg wash lightly and evenly over entire puff pastry. Sprinkle sugar over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
