Maple-Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

Sweet meets spicy in this side dish that pairs well with nearly anything.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions for garnish

Heat oven to 400°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce and garlic. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, and toss to completely coat. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Spread evenly on a roasting pan, and roast for 30-45 minutes, stirring 2-3 times during cook time.

When cauliflower has reached desired tenderness, remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Toss with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
