Try this one-ingredient recipe for a tasty accoutrement that adds an impressive punch of flavor to salads, pasta dishes or soups.

½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Heat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Drop Parmesan by heaping tablespoons onto pan, patting each pile down gently, and placing a half an inch apart from each other (the crisps will spread while cooking). Bake 5-6 minutes until slightly browned. Let cool, and gently loosen using a spatula. Serve atop salad, pasta or soup.
