This homemade honey mustard can be used as a simple sandwich topper, a dip for fresh summer vegetables or a dressing on a salad.

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
¼-½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Whisk first four ingredients in a bowl, and then add cayenne pepper to taste. If necessary, add more mayonnaise by the Tablespoon until your preferred consistency is reached. Cover, and refrigerate until ready for use.
