Make your steak extra special with this decadent, melt-in-your-mouth garnish.

1 stick of butter, softened
1 Tablespoon truffle oil (black or white)
Salt to taste
Using a spoon, mix butter, truffle oil and salt until combined. Spoon butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and form into a log shape, about 1½ inches thick. Roll, twisting the ends of the plastic wrap to tighten around the log. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Unwrap, and slice butter into ½-inch thick pieces. Place 2-3 pieces on top of fresh-off-the-grill steaks. Try using this truffle butter in other ways, too: Stir into a risotto as a finishing sauce; bury a slice into the center of a burger just before placing on the grill (the butter will melt and be infused in the meat during cooking); or spread on a piece of warm bread.
