4-5 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ cup eggnog
1-2 ounces bourbon (optional)
Caramel dessert topping
Crushed gingersnaps
Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg
In a blender, blend ice cream, eggnog and bourbon, if using, until smooth. Dip a glass in caramel, and coat with gingersnap crumbs. Drizzle glass with caramel, then pour in milkshake and garnish with desired toppings.
