Freshly squeezed citrus and colorful fruit brings out bright flavors in this Citrus Fizz handcrafted mocktail.

1 small egg white
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce grenadine
½ cup sparkling water
Orange slice, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish
In a small bowl, whisk egg white. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine. Add egg white, then shake 15-20 times. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and ½ cup sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice and raspberries.
