Raspberry Limeade
1 cup sugar
1 pint of raspberries
4 cups water, divided
½ cup lime juice
Raspberries and lime slices for garnish
In a saucepan, bring sugar, raspberries and 1 cup of water to a boil. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Pulse in a blender, then strain to remove solids. Add raspberry mixture to a pitcher with lime juice and remaining water. Chill for an hour, then serve over ice.
